Check Your Appointment Confirmation
Confirm the practice, date, time, clinician and appointment type shown in your email or text message. If anything is incorrect, contact the practice before you travel.
Complete Your Patient-Portal Forms
Where provided, open the personalised secure link sent with your appointment confirmation. Update your contact details and medical history before your visit.
Tell us about current medicines, allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy and any changes since your previous appointment. Your dentist uses this information to plan safe treatment.
How The Patient Portal WorksAllow Time For Travel And Check-In
Check your practice address, allow enough time for parking or public transport and arrive in good time. If mobile check-in is available, check in only when you have reached the practice and are ready to be seen.
If You Are Unwell Or Need To Cancel
Please telephone your practice promptly if you are unwell, have an active cold sore, are running late or need to change your appointment. We ask for at least two full business days’ notice for cancellations and changes.
